Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content and notify the user who posted it, giving them an opportunity to respond.
2. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may file a counter-notice. To file a counter-notice, you must provide the following:
- Your Full Legal Name: The name of the person or entity whose content has been removed.
- Identification of the Content: A description of the content that was removed and its location before it was removed (e.g., the URL).

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the party who filed the original DMCA takedown notice. If the original claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 days, we may restore the content.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright law. If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices regarding a user’s content, we may suspend or permanently disable their account.
4. No Liability for User-Generated Content
While we respond promptly to DMCA takedown notices, NetMirrorAPK is not liable for any user-generated content posted on the website. We do not control or monitor the content uploaded by users. The responsibility for ensuring that content does not infringe any copyrights lies with the user who posts it.
